Trending @Infosys; Need Improvement Rating

I just received 'Need Improvement' from my manager as I'm in bench for 3.5 months. I am JL4 and planning to put down my papers within a week in E-Seperation portal. I want 90 days time to prepare and get another job (don't want to have career gap in my resume). Will BPHR or someone force me to resign and leave suddenly?

I think they can't force you immediately because if they want to do it. Then they have to follow the PIP process which will take around 3-4 months to complete. So you have minimum 3-4 months approx and if you pass the PIP then there will be no force resignation.

well, I don't want to go in PIP. Want to put down resignation before they approach me. so, seeking 3 months bench time also

Notice period on bench is 30 days if i am not wrong
