Trending @Infosys; Need immediate help!

Hey everyone, I have been on bench for several months now and there's no trace of a project opportunity or some interview call. I am trying really hard to reach out to different TPDs and Project Managers but no result. I have 2 queries, please answer them genuinely guys

1. In Infosys, which all are the different ways to get a project or at least land an interview.
2. If I want to switch, what can I tell my potential new company about why I am leaving Infosys within a year?

Need genuine answers from you guys. Pls help a fellow engineer.
