Need idea on recruitment

Trying hard to get into any product or good startup companies . But companies rejects my profile in screening itself.I am trying to get referral from everyone they are also sometimes referring me . Not sure where it goes wrong in companies like deloitte, dell , pwc , Cognizant, oracle they are not even selecting my resume. If anyone from these companies knew there are requirements for java and cloud pls dm me .
