Need idea on outside hiring

I’m getting calls from HR from other companies. They ask all the details, availability for the interview, few mail acknowledgments but after that call they just disappear. Any idea what’s happening?

Same thing happened with me They told me that there is a requirement in HCL and we will schedule an interview but after that no interview is scheduled. Is it hard to get the interview call when our notice period is 90 days?
