I need a local address proof for purchasing a bike and a HR letter would do for the same depicting my current residential local address. How can i get it ? On what portal ?

Update your address in success factors. Then go to India apps protal and request HR service letter for address proof. For Bikes, If you looking for BH series then you need to request form 60. Offical address proof they don't consider and expect registered rent agreement.
