Need honest suggestions

I have 3 years of experience in the same company…started as Salesforce developer worked for a year later switched to Strategy Analyst role. I’m trying to switch but not getting enough calls. Is it necessary to have an MBA for such roles? Stuck at low salary in the same company… pls suggest some certification that I should do or MBA is the only option
