Need honest responses bros!

I am currently working in one mnc , and i got one contract role which is paying me 3 times more than Mnc , as they mentioned there is no pf created , so i have accepted the contractual role.

My fear is , if i am got a another offer from another mnc and i want to shift to another mnc , so in bgv of new mnc , do they find me of doing contract role also?
