Trending @Infosys; Need help/suggestions.

I joined in infy in mar24 completed the probation period with " meet expectations".

This is my 2nd project with AEM and Javascript (old version ECMA script). (I am React js developer) And I am unable to perform my DM is personally messaging me and taking the updates.

I want to know what the consequences I have to face. And in this scenario what should I do. Please give me your suggestions.
