Need help/inputs on salary hike related

My company is saying no hike this time, wait for next.

What should i have to do?

The company is good caring but not sure about the future.

Financially im stable and i have an offer in hand but just that offer is not enough for me.

Get another offer and ask them to match else leave the org. There is no other way, because they are literally asking you to work 1 year by reducing your salary by 6% (inflation). Think if they will give you over 12% raise next year (they won’t) which will bring your salary to net 0% rise in 2 years. You’ll fall behind in the market for your YoE.
