Need help/advice : Not getting shortlists/callbacks - What should I do?

I have close to 6+ years of product management experience in 3 companies (each in different domain) and in spite of applying for multiple roles through referrals/ directly, I am not getting any shortlist since the last 8 months. I have also tweaked my resume multiple times after incorporating feedback from experienced PMs who reviewed my resume.

Feeling very hopeless as I am not able to understand why this has been the case - is it me or is it the market?
