company A offered me 6 lpa; now after 3 months competitor Company B(recently funded) approached me gave me 12+4 offer with only 30 min interview round(they did this to almost all the employee of company A that they approached.)

Company A: negotiated with me for 10 fix+1 Retention Bonus +2 esops

Comapny A : 10+1+2 esops Company B: 12 fix + 4 esops

company B is 10x of Company A in valuation

which offer to choose ?
