
Need help with RMG/HR situation
It's kind of urgent ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I want to take around 18 days of earned leaves for a travel. For the visa procedure, I require a NOC that mentions the dates of my leaves.
And of course, HR is denying me saying that I am unallocated so they won't allow me. What does this personal leave have to do with my unallocation? I have worked in the organisation for 3 years but I am on a bench for 3 months right now.
What do I do? How can I convince them to allow me to give the document? i can't apply to the VISA without this.. my tickets and everything is booked already 😭😭

Rmg cannot approve leave for May June now itself because as per them you should be working in some projects by now and granting leave or not should be project decision at that point of time ... They will approve max 2-3 week leaves in advance

So I need to take project within a week and then ask my project to approve my leaves ???? Wow. How will they do that?? I am stuck between these management side rules and VISA procedure. I need to apply for VISA anyhow by 2nd week of March.
