I'm answering the first call with HR. I'm feeling it's my answers are not justifiable. Because none of them got further. what is the better way to answer these questions?
- Current CTC?
- Expected CTC?
- Reason for change?
- Notice period?

Don't tell them the extract figure, you can answer in range like 5-7LPA

Ask for 20-30 extra than your expectations because after negotiation you will get your expectated salary.

For Better opportunities/ location preference/ looking for change / growth and career aspirations/ not getting your desired work etc

3 months but I can try to negotiate with my current employer if I get the desired offer.
If we say 90 days , many recruiters then turn away.Some people suggested to say 45/60 days and when selected try to negotiate to reduce your np, buyout etc. else try to say the joining company hr to give some more days. Does this work has anyone tried this?
In naukari what should I add for the current CTC?
Never say for financial growth
Once I was asked question 3, and I said for financial growth 🤦♂️ ... I don't know what I was thinking 😕
