In Deloitte appraisal evaluations happen in Feb-March. Then your hike will be announced in June 1st and you will get your increased salary from June. The bonus is also announced in June. But you will receive the bonus on September 30.

Appraisal cycle and average bonus @Delloite India

Hi All Does anybody know what would be the appraisal cycle for delloite India in regulatory and financial risk practice. Also if someone could tell me the average bonus payout as a percent of CTC that would be really helpful.
