Trending @Accenture; Need help with changing/roll off from team

I'm currently working in servicenow testing team. I don't want to continue in this team. My roll off month is March. I wanna work on a Selenium based team or project. In my current project there is no selenium team. Who should I approach my team lead or manager to ask for roll off and it would be really helpful if any idea given on how I should approach.
