Need help. Which offer to choose

Converted 2 offers : Accenture - Senior Manager - S&C Real Estate Startup - General Manager - Strategy

While both roles are similar in work(around 80%) Accenture will be paying 20% more but my friend in same department told work culture is not good and accenture doesn't provide secure environment to new joiners. Whereas the startup is in growth space and I can grow to AVP level in few years. Accenture - hybrid Startup - 5 days WFO

What should I do ?
