Need help | Urgent

I'm 25 F and I started as a software engineer and worked there for a year later and did an internal switch to ceo's office roles within the same IT services company. I'm prepping for CAT but managing work & exam prep is becoming tough for me. With 1.5 months left for CAT I'm worried. I tried to switch but everybody is asking for an MBA. I am constantly getting tortured by manager & I'm not getting good work

What should I do? Pls suggest, should I resign or wait till the CAT. What should be my plan B?

Ps : I have offer from small startup (4-10 people founded by cxo)

Cat is tough and unpredictable Losing jobs can also negatively impact your mental health. Give 2-3 mocks if you're close to 98% then only think about leaving. Also cat can be given multiple times. So chill take a deep breath...

If I resign what other options can i look at ? Should I join the startup? It has been founded by a CXO I used to work with .

The problem is if the workplace is toxic it would be difficult to prep. It's your call if you can resign and put in the work + what's your safety net financially.
