Need help urgent

Hi fishes urgent help needed

I am on notice period. my lwd was reduced by 10 days upon requesting to manager. but he is constantly threatening me that if I don't complete the work, my lwd will get extended. i am trying fully to complete the work but its not getting completed its taking time.. what Shall I do in this situation?

I am thinking to involve hr and tell that its affecting my mental health and I want immediate release from the company..

I need your suggestion guys please help.

i am just scared that they should not extend my lwd because I have immediate joining in next company

If manager has approved lwd in the system or over email then even HR can't do much. Just keep it documented and saved on personal email/drive for reference

they have mentioned " i will released by this date provided I complete my work"

Worse i seen was when a guy stopped responding and his termination letter came in 1 week . Also never ever take work over ur health family . People learn it very hard way .

what are the consequences of termination? does it reflect on experience letter? if so then can we edit the document?

Raise it to HR. Keep your manager's manager in loop.

Raise it up to HR. Best option at hand than playing with your fked up manager
