Since you’re on bench , you can tell other company’s that u can join in 30 days & once u have an offer u can resign . Don’t resign without offer else they can release u in 1-2 weeks . I had an offer + was on bench and got released in 1 week ( I mailed and asked the HR for early release) .

Ok thanks for the suggestion But if you don't ask for early release then it's 3 months notice period right???

If I don't have an offer Will the RMG/HR can reduce the notice period or will it be 3 months

You mean if I am already working on a project and get an offer, I can willingly get on bench and thereby reduce notice period?

Then do not go to RMG, They won't let you sit for 3 months. I am sure of it

So resign and do not go to RMG??? Then it will be a 3 month notice period
