Trending @Cognizant; Need help to switch from QA to Data Engineer role

Hi, I am manual + automation tester. I have 4+ years experience. I am preparing for DP-203 exam and would like to change to Data engineer. Kindly please share any inputs if anybody has any experience regarding this and how to switch to DE, roadmap and which skills and company should i focus on? Thanks in Advance!
