No I was into development for initial 3 years but post joining Accenture in 2020, my profile is Web Developer but actually there us nothing technical that I am doing.
So I want to upgrade myself, learn react or angular and switch to another company

I'm a react developer myself. I would say, you have a good number of YOE so, just upskill yourself to reactjs/Nextjs and start looking for a job, you'll definitely get a good salary hike given your base is too low for your experience. Good Luck.

You’d earn a lot more doing freelancing tbh

Start with a programing language (python) then do DSA, there are free DSA and python courses from Google on internet, dedicate some time everyday for 6 months and u will get atleast 4x package.🫡
