Need help to select Job offer

Hello Seniors, Leads & Managers Please help me to choose the best offer from the below 2 or should I look for more offer as I still have 30days of notice period left.

1. NewVison Software (Pune)

• 14.3LPA fixed and 75k Variable

2. Cencora (Pune)

• 15.6LPA fixed and 10% Variable

Some background of mine, I have overall 7.5 years of experience in testing. 5 into manual and 3+ in tosca Automation Current CTC is 9.5LPA

Request you guys to please help me what should I do
