Need help to make a decision (Anyone from HR here)

Hi everyone,

I worked in TCS for two years as an SAP consultant, in that time I cleared TCS wings1 and got incentive based salary hike from 3.5LPA to 7 LPA, then took LWP (education leave) for a 1 year PG diploma program in AI and ML, but due to the bad job market, it seems difficult to get a good paying job.

meanwhile, during this appraisal cycle even though i am on leave, I was given a C band which has stopped my incentive and reduced my CTC to 4.5 LPA .

Now, I want to know that how much salary increment can i expect if i chose to return to TCS through the refitment process.
