Need help to get CVs

Hi all , I am 23 years old with 1.7 years of experience in Project management of a fintech app by a large nbfc company . I am earning around 12 lpa . I need to check cvs of people my age and who are earning 2-3x of my current CTC . Can you share me details of such profiles you may know or how do I get the cvs . I'm also open to reach out of if someone is approachable.
