Congratulations.. how did you handled the notice period and how did you grabbed so much offers.. please guide us.
Thank you , first offer is full of luck bcz 3month notice period is getting tough to get call as well as offer . Once i got the offer, i put the pepper then gave initially as much a interview even if i will not join still gave to be family with interviews and prepared my notes .. i gave nearly 50 to 60 interview in last 3 month .. prepare multiple mail id .. some company even if you rejected you still can re play with new id . After resignation, i took naukri subscription for resume display and priority application. Another things , you need to make sure that you resume is best for primary skill . Add those things which you can give ans . Apart from that I always believe in God . Without God grace nothing is possible even a single offer .

From what I heard, LTI doesn't have good WLB in general. This depends mostly on project tho. EY has good brand value and it stands out the most from your post. Remaining are good, but doesn't seem to pay better
Ey now told to give 20.75 including variables.. other offers also including variable not fixed only

Tiger analytics my friend is there It is fully remote I guess for you, but my friend's work timings overlaps with US timings ie afternoon till night.overall he has good wlb and pay is decent for him.My friend is in Data science related role.
He is having full remote job.
