Growth: Career path for SDE1? Internal mobility or leadership mentoring?

Appraisals: How are reviews done? Expectations for hikes, bonuses, and fairness?

CTC Negotiation: With 1.5 YOE at a fintech product company, what's a realistic ask? Holding another offer of 27LPA.
