Need help. Salary revision at SRIB
Hello I have 9 YOE and joined Samsung (SRIB) Bangalore I have strong gut feeling that I am underpaid compare to my team members who are at same level and experience Current CTC ~45
My current tech stack involves computer vision, ai and camera sw development
As per my market analysis, I should get CTC ~70 Current role and work is good. Do you think if I discuss this with HR/manager, will it help?
Or I have to switch to other company to get better offer. I can see similar roles in qualcomm, nvidia are giving good pay options.
Discussing with manager will not help. Get an offer and hope Samsung matches it.
If it's been some months or years in samsung, You can switch and get 70+ easily for your experience.
I don't think discussing with the manager increases your ctc, He might say we will see in the appraisal cycle, Hikes won't boost your current CTC to 70 unless a fat promotion.
