Hi i have 5.5 years in sap MM and hae hands on exp in sd/wm and cloud along with certifications Am getting 12.62 LPA at ltimindtree
What shd be my ask in other companies?
And also received a call from NTT data and they were saying 16LPA along with 10% variable and they were upfront saying that there cant be any negotiations on this and 3 days WFO and also need confirmation that i wont get retained and no other offer will be entertained, Is this right approach?

I told them on the face that no one is going to give you will saying that i do not accept any other offer nor i dont get retained.
