Need Help Regarding switch

I'm an IIT graduate currently working as an SDE-1 at a good product-based company for the last 2 years. Despite applying through LinkedIn, Naukri, and Instahyre—even when I meet the required qualifications—I've had no positive responses from recruiters in the past month. What platforms should I use according to current standards, and what might I be missing?
