Need help regarding Onboarding process

I am a fresher and I got joining from tcs on April 25th at Pune. I need to submit a non-criminal affidavit and service agreement on a 100rupee stamp paper and verify it from the notary office. Do I have to make these documents at my home and bring them or can I make them in Pune, because currently I am in banglore and to do that I need to fly to my home again and I want to avoid this and go directly from banglore to Pune. My hometown is in Bihar
