Need help regarding Job switch
Hey guys, I am getting an offer for 17 LPA in Hyderabad and currently I am in Bangalore having 13.1 LPA. Should I switch keeping in mind the current market state? Please let me know!

Money is important, but do check up on profitability of the company and past layoff scene
Look very carefully at the company’s business model, if it’s profitable, and your role and own possibility of personal growth
Yeah thanks for the help. Just came to know through Glassdoor they layed off some people back in September or October 2023.
