Need help regarding epf advance 31 form

I submitted power cut claim for 300rs. Under form 31 pf advance, but when I searched about it I found it would be only sent to those who have lost wages due to power cut, will I get the claim or is there any other consequences or legal actions I may need to face.... NB : the claim is under process for more than 10 days which is making me more tensed....
