Need help regarding
I was allocated into a project without any prior information, from project or rmg. No mail received, no update given, they are asking me to report to the office immediately, I am not interested in this role can I reject this, ask my rmg to change my project.
How much experience do you have ?
Dude, those people do the same with everyone like that you can say you are not interested they'll pressurize you more and more like meeting with HR, everyday it will feel like hell but don't lose hope just stick for it . But remember still the results won't be that much good as you expect the same role in different projects with some fancy names. And yes one best suggestion what I can give us just leave this company as soon as possible it's not for growing mind people it's for all the chamcha's who agree for everything wht thr manger say.No offense to anyone here it's the reality and if anyone thinks it's not then trust me you are lucky. This company is nasty as hell just upskill yourself and leave buddy..
