Hey everyone! Iā€™ve been using a wired headset till now and want to return it and get a wireless one instead. But I canā€™t seem to find any surrender request option in Service Central, I only see the ā€œSurrender PCā€ form.

Does anyone know the right process or where I should raise this request?

No, I couldnā€™t find a way to return them. But I found out that Capgemini provides wireless headsets starting from Grade D. So, I dropped the idea of getting one šŸ„²šŸ˜‚
