I am having epilepsy (fits)… And was asking for work from home… And i joined at corona time… And from that time i dint went to officr… Now they are asking to come officr… Sooo i request my HR fr work from home… He told take advise from helath team… And i was trying to get work from home from 2 months but when my documnets got validated by HR… Now HR is saying take tablest amd come to officr… You are sitting in home and enjoying… If u have helath issue take leaves… He talked me so rudly…
That's the job of hr since you are resource not human.
Draft and documenting everything in an email and copy their rm on the same and send the sams
