I am having epilepsy (fits).... And was asking for work from home.... And i joined at corona time... And from that time i dint went to officr....... Now they are asking to come officr... Sooo i request my HR fr work from home.... He told take advise from helath team..... And i was trying to get work from home from 2 months but when my documnets got validated by HR... Now HR is saying take tablest amd come to officr..... You are sitting in home and enjoying.... If u have helath issue take leaves..... He talked me so rudly...
Pls help me what action can i take against him??

Bhai, you join Accenture as soon as you can. They have 90% projects where WFH is allowed mostly. Just prepare and drop papers after giving the interview. Once you are in notice period, don't even go to office. And once you join Accenture - request your manager - they will surely agree
