Need help- Oracle to Citi: is it a good switch?

I have cleared both technical rounds and also received mail from hr requesting me for my last 3 payslips, for salary discussion.

How much should i ask, and how can I expect Citi, Pune for the AVP role?

Currently SMTS in Oracle, 9 years exp, frontend tech stack, with current ctc of 28.5 Ipa.

Also, any input on moving from Oracle India, Pune to Citi, Pune is a good move or not currently? Keeping in mind current market situations etc.

Also how is life at Citi?
