Hi All,
I have a query related to separation documents. I worked in infosys for 3 months a few years ago. I had attended training sessions but had to resign due to my medical conditions. So I submitted my resignation properly and left Infosys, but because of my medical issues and poor financial situation, I was unable to pay the separation bond amount. Later, I joined a new organization as a fresher and am now transitioning to another company. The new organization is requesting a relieving document from Infosys
So could any one help me understand or share your insights whether I need to pay the amount? if yes is there a way to reduce the bond amount?

Check on Infosys Alumni portal if you can get some help from there. My suggestion is you skip these 3 months from your resume if these were your first 3 months of your career.

Reached out to Alumni portal still no response. Yes I skipped those 3 months in my resume but through UAN history they got to know about my previous employment with infosys and now asking for a relieving letter.

You can’t do much. Don’t think there is a provision to pay the bond amount now. Explain situation to current organization. Hopefully they will understand if not find one which will.
