Need help on salary update

got selected in phonepe(bglr) for senior risk investigator - current LPA- 11 & they are ready to give only 13 LPA along with shares worth 4 lakhs, year on year will get 1 lakh worth shares, i have 9 years of experience, Am i getting paid enough for my role & years of experience , any suggestion & response is much appreciated
