Need help on query of release
I completed 2 year in one project and took the release from my project in month of july and joined different project in august but frustrated fully they are touring us and always making fear of release in bech , too much micro management , bad way of talking. Making toxic environment to live
Can i ask to release i am happy to take the risk of bech ?
But i want to know can i take release ? Will there be any policy to complete at least 18 months in project
Well they released me , i took the risk now let’s see what will happen. But till my end date of release person you know taking the things personally

The RMG and project HR should know that these people staying in high position and from long time in TCS using the bench people just hire and give them band C so that they can get good band by following the bell curve
