Need help on Onboarding process in LTIMindtree
My joining date is on 29th July
Last communication on mail was documents sharing and all I have shared the documents. Subject was Docs request doj 29th July
But as of now, I didn't receive any information when I need to go to the office, what are the documents I need to carry.
Or will it be virtual. in the offer letter it's mentioned that the onboarding should be offline
I really don't know what is actually going on! POC not answering my call also!
Can anyone help me with the process of typical onboarding?
Why you didn’t try to reach out tham earlier
I tried, but didn't get response over the phone
I mailed them, hr replied last week that I need to go to the office with offer letter and documents.
This week they are asking me to share the documents.
Which made me confused.
After sharing documents I didn't get any reply whether it is good to go and all. Nothing.
