Need help on #ITR

I left one of my prev company in Dec-24 then joined one firm in Dec-24 itself

I left that firm in Mar-25 and Joined IBM..

The in-between firm did not deduct tax from my salary..

when I checked my form 26AS, the salary of firm is not showing..

is it mandatory to declare that income?

if I don't declare then will I get caught?

Yes. You should declare that income even if not reflecting in form 26AS. Yes, you will end up getting a notice from IT dept.

Companies always deduct tax no matter what

Yes, you have to declare it. Get a CA. It will cost 1-2.5k
