Need help on 90days notice period
Folks, I have 90 days notice period, noone is accepting 90days notice out side, even I'm not getting calls due to this, need your ideas/ suggestions to handle this.

Nowadays, every company sticks with a 30 day policy or immediate joiner no one is going to accept 90 days
