Need help making a decision ( currently between job offers)
Hi,
I received an early release from my previous company on 23rd May,2025 and my joining date in new company according to the offer letter is 28th June, 2025 although I have the option to join early on whichever date I wish.
I need help to decide if I should join early or not. the major pro is that I will be an immediate joiner and be able to crack better offers in this time-being.
A con of this is which I am not sure about is that it will cause problem in PF transfer due to the gap in my LWD and joining date, need help to understand if this is a serious problem and what consequences will this have, if any ?

Should not be an issue. Your joining date will be based on the agreement between you and the newer firm. Once you are out of organisation you are free to join any organisation after any interval that is agreed with the new firm
