Bro I am very serious. I am the founding product manager And we have a good solid small tech team. Work is mostly out of Gurgaon. But for good candidates I don’t think the boss would give some slack.

We find finding good Java talent difficult

assuming your leetcode rating means you are good at clearing DSA interviews, you just need to prepare the basics of system design, nothing in depth.

Generally a lengthy notice period is the issue, even that is not gonna be an issue for you now.

So just keep your head down and keep preparing and applying.

Depending on your skill set it might take a few weeks to a few months to get a new job, better if you accept that fact.
