Need help joining company

Hello folks, i need your advise here, I have 2 offers in hand and i joined 1 mnc few days back. Now 2nd mnc has called me that if you join here they will provide more hike than the current company package including joining bonus and variables and also they are ready for a buy out. What do you think guys on this? I'm not sure what to do in this case.
