Need help in Validating experience

Hi, I was working for very small startup before TCS but that startup didn't gave me PF or proper salary slips, we were just getting simple salary credited mail and salary in account so rn I have my bank statement and experience letter from company but don't have PF and Salary Slips, will this cause an issue in my next switch, FYI TCS was my oncampus company so they didn't ask these things.

Pls help

Dont show that prev exp. Mostly it will rejected as valid exp in background verification

Bank payments don't directly prove employment. Companies pay vendors, third party staff and even security, cleaners, etc every month. You need to show proper service certificate, PF etc as valid proofs of employment.

If it is MNC then they will definitely ask for PF. You can request HR to do BVG based on bank statements you have.

Compnies less than 20 employees can opt out from EPFO.So PF statement not needed for this bank statement will work.

Show that 1 year as freelancing, so no problem of PF
