I am a new joiner with Wipro and checking to take a pluxee. I could see a monthly fixed amount of 28K asking to split between meal and benefits. Will that be deducted from my salary and credited to pluxee if i opt wbp?

Yes , you will get that amount but in Pluxee card based on the benefits you have selected.like meal & telecom allowance

If you don't opt for WBP, tax is cut on that amount. WBP is basically facility to save tax.
