Need help in understanding my position in terms of salary and growth

I have 8 years of experience, Java Full Stack. I joined oracle Cerner 1 year back and my CTC is 24 LPA.

Work wise not seeing much growth, not sure what to do..

Is it good for me if I start looking for new opportunity? What CTC should I aim with respect to my experience.
