Trending @Accenture; Need help in this
It's been 2.6 years in the organization , they have given me no real experience, first bench then tagged to a random project which was about to get terminated (yet did not give me roll-off for an year ) , then now tagged to another project in which my techstack is kind of changed , but I have not been promoted,no salary hike nothing, and now my people lead is also my team lead who himself is new in the organization , and I am not having any feeling that even after getting project and work I will be promoted or at least salary is increased , now I have left no interest to work and feeling to just drop papers and move...any suggestion what to do for upcoming months..
U joined as a fresher in 2023? If yes I have almost the same case. I did not get any hike till now and being frustrated I immediately asked my manager to roll me off from my current project as there are no perks. I am now searching for ofher projects and will negotiate these hike terms before joining the project
But this is hectic literally ,without any exp they are asking to do this and that how can i cope up with backlogs every now and then
Seriously ,this stuck situation is not letting personal career growth and anything
my store is same as you about to complete 2.6 years in accenture with no promotion as Lvl 12. I worked for a project for 2 years still no hike or promo now got stuck in support project and they are not even releasing me
